Sensory Bounce® Class is a structured class that improves strength, balance and coordination while improving endurance and stamina. Using motivating and challenging inflatable bounce and climbing equipment, Sensory Bounce® combines fitness and exercise with fun while teaching children the importance of exercise for a healthy lifestyle.
Sensory Bounce® classes:
- Are planned and implemented by an instructor who has experience working with children
- Are small group classes with a maximum of 10 children with 2 instructors
- Open to the public
- Are held weekly
- Are currently running in 3 locations in the New York area
- Enable children exercise while having fun!

Sensory Bounce has been a huge benefit to our 5 year old son. The staff is wonderful and it has improved his gross motor skills, social skills and it’s a wonderful way to get out extra energy. His therapist is excellent and takes the time each session to go over things. Also the staff that works with her are all wonderful! Behind the scenes the program is smoothly run. I really love the support group that happens at the same time as the session. This is a great idea and informative. Thanks for all you do!
Thanks to BounceU for giving my child not only an amazing OT, but the wonderful opportunity to socialize and enjoy playing with other children. As a mother of a child on the spectrum, I cannot express enough how amazing it is for my child not only to receive the much needed services, but the bonus is he's able to enjoy Bounce U also, just like so many other children that aren't on the spectrum or sensory. What a genius idea and what a great experience for my Noah. Under the supervision of his OT teacher, combined with understanding professional staff who know the limits and needs of my child, he can have fun and see his friends every week, and I can feel confident he is making progress in all areas. I myself also get to enjoy the company of parents with the same day-to-day struggles and benefit from their caring friendships and advice ... thank you so much for your wonderful program.

Danny has enjoyed the past 2 months with Jenn. She is such a wonderful instructor and OT. Given such a wide range of abilities and ages, Jenn has proven to be very knowledgeable, dedicated and supportive of each child she works with at Bounce U.
He LOVES it!! Every Tuesday morning he reminds me "Mom! Pump It Up day!" It's a good workout for him too, always comes out sweaty. I'm so happy you guys decided to do this. The parent session is a bonus too. We've learned so much from the other parents. 🙂
My son really enjoyed the Sensory Bounce experience and looked forward to the program every week. The program helped him improve his social interaction skills and I noticed he would practice with me at home, so I know he really benefited from the strategies used. The staff were outstanding, and the great child to adult ratio made a difference -- the kids were given a lot of encouragement, praise, and support, and they seemed to thrive on it. As a parent, I found the parent support group to be invaluable -- such a great opportunity to share resources, ideas, and stories about our children. Thanks for the wonderful opportunity!
